01 Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bd775 platform and all its users. The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "User" or "Member" — any person who accesses services through a registered account on bd775.
• "Account" — a user's personal registered profile that provides access to all services on bd775.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, bd775 reserves the right to close them and forfeit any bonus balance held.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and access credentials completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd775 currently supports the following mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

For each payment method:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if verification is required, this may take somewhat longer.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, wagering requirements must be met.
• If any unusual transaction pattern is detected, bd775 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.

Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus offer can be active at a time.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• bd775 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from a single household or a single IP address.
• Transferring bonus funds to another member's account is strictly prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

bd775's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Through regular active participation, members can advance step by step to higher tiers and enjoy benefits ranging from weekly cashback to exclusive rewards.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once any bet on bd775 is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Before placing a bet, make sure you have selected the correct amount and the correct market.

6.2 Erroneous Offers

If incorrect odds, bonuses, or limits are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, bd775 reserves the right to void those transactions. In such cases, the actual deposited amount will be returned.

6.3 Sports Betting

Please read the relevant rules carefully before participating in the markets available in the sports betting section. Rules regarding the return of bet funds in the event of a match cancellation, draw, or undecided result apply separately for each market.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The outcome of each game is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

07 Prohibited Activities

• Operating two or more accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• Bonus abuse — participating through multiple methods with the sole intent of withdrawing bonuses.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Attempting to verify identity using fake or altered identification documents.

08 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Termination by bd775

bd775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason or without stating a reason. Immediate action will be taken in particular if these terms are violated, evidence of fraud is found, or a security risk is identified.

8.2 Termination by the User

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, contact the support team. All applicable withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions occur for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, bd775 may apply a small maintenance charge to the balance in the inactive account, but advance notice will be given.

bd775 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss suffered by any user.

12 Policy on Changes to Terms and Conditions

bd775 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified on the platform before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to members' registered mobile numbers.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If a user does not agree with the changes, they may submit a request to close their account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is always kept current. bd775 is not obligated to provide any archived copies of previous terms and conditions.
